The Feed The Beast 1.5.2 Beta Packs are a pair of modpacks that served as a test for future 1.5 Feed The Beast modpacks, namely Feed The Beast Unleashed and Unhinged. With the release of those packs, the 1.5.2 beta packs have been hidden in the launcher by default, but can still be downloaded and played using the private pack codes "152ngt" and "152wgt".

Both packs are mostly similar to each other, the major differences being the inclusion of GregTech 4 in the 152wgt pack (wgt = with GregTech). Two mods are also only available in the 152ngt version: Tinkers' Construct and DartCraft. The former was excluded from the 152wgt pack due to personal disputes between the developers of GregTech and Tinkers' Construct, which led to an agreement ensuring that the two mods should not be included together in any FTB mod pack.
