Waila, short for "What Am I Looking At," adds tooltips to all items indicating which mod they originate from. In addition, it can display information about the contents of certain blocks, such as the BuildCraft Tank.

You can toggle the Waila display on and off by pressing the numeric-keypad-1 key.
