The Arcane Stone is an item added by the Arcane Scrolls mod. It can be obtained by mining Arcane Ore or by killing a variety of mobs, including vanilla one such as zombies, or one from the mod. The stone is the source of magic for all scrolls added by the mod. They have to be placed in the Arcane Pouch by right-clicking with the pouch activated and the stones in the inventory.
