The Counter is a logic gate added by RFTools mod. It is used to count redstone pulses.
The Counter will count the number of pulses redstone received (sent to the cyan dot side). When the number matches the one specified by a player in the Counter's GUI, a single pulse will be emitted on the orange dot side of the Counter.
