The Firey Comb is one of the honeycomb types in Magic Bees add-on mod. It can be produced by Firey Bee.
It was used mainly as a method of making Fire Shards a renewable resource. Magic Wax is another product of Firey Combs. Firey Combs could've been obtained with the usage of the Ignis Bee, a bee which was created by combining a Stark Bee, a Fire Shard and a fair amount of Aspects in an Infusion Altar. It can now be used to make Blaze Powder.
