The Fluiduct is an item added by the Thermal Expansion mod. A conduit which will transfer any type of liquid from one place to another. Compatible with most mods' machines and Tanks. The speed of the transfer varies depending on the liquid's viscosity and how full the duct is. Some machines such as the Aqueous Accumulator and Pump will output to a connected Fluiduct automatically. The Fluiduct has an Opaque version that removes the ability to see the liquid inside, it is cheaper to make and may reduce lag. Opaque Fluiduct will still connect to regular Fluiducts.

Mechanics[edit]

Wrench[edit]

'Right click' on the connection with a Crescent Hammer or any Wrench to change the mode to extract or to output. 'Shift+Right-clicking' will remove the duct [2]. To activate extraction supply a Redstone signal or use a Pneumatic Servo.

Servo[edit]

The type of fluid extracted may be filtered and Redstone control setting changed using a Servo. 'Right-clicking' the connecting part with the Servo will install it, then again using an empty hand will open the GUI, where the Redstone signal setting may be changed to Disabled, Low or High. Items can be added to the filter inventory (holds a ghost image) and set to White or Black list.

Note[edit]

  1. Hardened Glass Hardened Glass can be substituted with Reinforced Glass Reinforced Glass.
  2. Removing will cause the liquid in it to be lost.
