The Microscope is one of the core machines in the MineChem 2 mod, though it does not output materials. The Microscope simply analyzes items for the player, to tell what elements and molecules are extractable from them.

Uses

Right-click on the Microscope to open its Interface. Drop any item in the slot at the left, and it will be magnified. The 3x3 grid on the right will show recipes for making that item in the Chemical Synthesis Machine, as shown below:

The player can also view which elements that item can be broken down into, using the Chemical Decomposer, as shown below:

The player can click the white button at upper right to toggle between the recipe views.
