The Power Drill is a tool from DartCraft, created by infusing an IndustrialCraft2 Drill with a Force Nugget.
Shift+Right Click to open the interface for adding dartcraft enchantments using Upgrade Cores. Cores may be removed, but they are lost in the process. The Power Drill may hold up to 3 upgrade cores, receiving the dartcraft enchantments within them. Right clicking toggles area mode, when on a 3x3x3 area is mined
