Small Electric Buffer is a block added by the GregTech 4 mod. It can be used instead of a Hopper.
The Buffer receives items from all sides but marked with red dot and sends them to inventory at that side (or spits them on the ground if none is present), like a Hopper, but doing it much faster - the Buffer transfers a stack of items per tick - and also requiring energy.
The Small Electric Buffer requires Low Voltage (32 EU/t) to work and will explode if supplied by any higher voltage (unless Transformer Upgrades and/or HV-Transformer Upgrades are used).
