This template is written in Lua. The full source code can be found at Module:ModNames. |
Returns the tooltip-friendly name of a given block or item, by stripping mod name suffixes. If the suffix does not match a mod name or generic identifier (such as "Block" or "Item"), it is assumed to be part of the item's name and is left alone.
