The Universal Charger is a block which will charge any items within a storage (e.g. Chest) with EU when placed adjacently. It will recognize any items from IndustrialCraft2 as well as Universal Electricity. Additionally, when stood upon, the Universal Charger will charge items in the player's inventory. This block requires to be placed next to an Energy Bridge to function.
