Arcane Dropper is a block added by the Gadomancy mod. This machine allows the player to maipulate dropped items in 3x3x3 area attached to the side with a hole as if these items were in the inventory of this machine. The area can be viewed by hovering the cursor over this machine while holding any wand.

"After considering the properties of the dropper, and how those properties can be extended, you have made a series of modifications to the dropper.
The Arcane Dropper gives you the ability to extract, insert, and monitor items in a 3x3x3 area as if they were inside of an inventory.
To see this area of effect, hover over the Arcane Dropper with a wand (without a focus).
Only the flat sides of the Arcane Dropper can be interacted with."
