Eternal Fabric is a block from Dimensional Doors. This block is very similar to Ancient Fabric in that it shares the same texture and animation. The difference being, however, that this is found in Pocket Dimensions after approximately 4 blocks of Fabric of Reality that encloses it the certain room (the exception being if the floor is non-existent for use in a void trap). It is also worth noting that while it shares the texture with ancient fabric it does not teleport you to the overworld.
Eternal fabric is very much like bedrock, in that it encloses the world (in this case pocket dimension). The only difference being the texture and the fact that you can destroy Eternal Fabric with almost any form of TNT.
