Right clicking/using the item will throw the potion, and breedable animals hit with it will go into love mode, if they are not already in it. This potion may not breed all mobs, especially mobs from other mods. The name is a homage to the classic 1959 song "Love Potion No. 9", made famous the American R&B group The Clovers.
