The Reactor Control Rod is a vital part of a multi-block reactor in Big Reactors.
The control rod sits on top of a column of Yellorium Fuel Rods that are inside the reactor. The control rods tell the reactor where the fuel rods are inside the reactor.
Recipe[edit]
Interface[edit]
Right-clicking on the Control Rod will bring up a small interface that displays the fuel's temperature and also allows to adjust the rod. The Player may also set a name for the Control Rod.
The Player may extend and retract the control rod in 10% increments. Extending the control rod will lower the radiation within the fuel rod, this will lower the heat and the power output of the reactor but also decrease fuel consumption. Fully extending the control rod to 100% will shut off the fuel rod completely. The control rods allows the Player to tweak the reactor more precisely.
