The Creative Steam Generator is a part that can be put on a multi-block turbine in the Big Reactors mod.
As the name suggests this block can only be spawned in using creative mode. When used in a multi-block turbine it will max out the steam input for the turbine, this is currently 2000mB/t. This block is obviously meant for testing and tweaking max flow rates and RPM speeds before implementing them in survival mode.
