The Steam Filler is a machine by Professor Flaxbeard's Wondrous Steam Power Mod. It is used to fill tools and armor pieces introduced by this mod with steam (equal to "charging"). The Filler can move up to 10 Steam Units from its internal inventory to the item it's holding every tick.
Steam Filler has no GUI. Right-click the Steam Filler with a tool (e.g. Steam Drill) or Exosuit piece that is powered by Steam to start filling them with steam. Right-click again to get the item back. The Filler has to be supplied with Steam.
A Pipe can connect only to the bottom of the Steam Filler.
