Sticky Comparator is an item which acts exactly like vanilla Redstone Comparator, but can be placed on any surface, including walls and ceilings.
To choose the direction the Sticky Comparator should face, simply click with it on the desired side of the block.
Using this item together with Redstone Paste makes it possible to create redstone circuits on walls and even ceilings.
