Sticky Repeater is an item which acts exactly like vanilla Redstone Repeater, but can be placed on any surface, including walls and ceilings.
To choose the direction the Sticky Repeater should face, simply click with it on the desired side of the block.
Using this item together with Redstone Paste makes it possible to create redstone circuits on walls and even ceilings.
