Buffer Stop Track is a block added by the Railcraft mod. It is a decorative endcap for rail lines that prevents carts from rolling off the end of the track. The track completely stops a cart or train that runs into it, similar to a solid block. It stops carts regardless of which direction the buffer is facing.
