Null Cell is a redstone logic component added by the Project Red (Integration) mod. It is a bi-directional circuit which acts as a wire crossover. Any signal connecting to a side will reach the opposite side without influencing the signal going across perpendicular to that connection. A redstone signal transferred through this component will retain its original strength when it it reaches the other side of the block.
Like all logic blocks added by the mod, the Null Cell can be placed on any side of a block. This makes it quite versatile, though the block is considerably taller than many of the other logic blocks.
When the player hovers over the block with their crosshairs, a layout is drawn around the block denoting the names of the in-/output sides.
