Pure Love is a block added by the Extra Utilities mod. This block is uncraftable and must be spawned in. The only use for Pure Love is that animals that walk over it or are nearby (Within an 8x8 area) enter breeding state. This could be used to create an Auto Mob Farm or for other uses.
In Feed The Beast Infinity Evolved, it is renamed to Pure Mana and serves as a storage block for Mana Dust.
