The Brew Bag is an item added by the Witchery mod. It is used by witches to carry their brews and can hold a full stack of up to eight brews. It is dyeable.
Sneak right-click to open the bag but just regular right-click to show a menu of the brews in the bag and you can move the mouse forward to select a particular brew and let go of the right click to throw the selected brew.
