The Circle Talisman is used to store and transport ritual circles. By using the Rite of Binding, the circle will be stored within the Circle Talisman. In order to retrieve the circle, simply right-click the Circle Talisman on the ground.
The Rite of Binding can be used in two ways. One when near an Altar, and another when in the field.
