Wisp is a mob added by the Thaumcraft 4 mod. When this mob spawns, it randomly picks up any Aspect, and turns hostile by default or hostile when the player hits it first depending on it. It will also drop Ethereal Essence of this aspect when killed. This mob floats in mid-air just like Bat and attacks player with lightning bolts from a small distance.
